Linkers Industries Announces Pricing of $16 Million Best Efforts Public Offering

New York, March 24, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Univest Securities LLC today announced the closing of a ~$16 million best efforts public offering for its client Linkers Industries Limited (NASDAQ: LNKS).

The offering consisted of 23,088,023 units, each including one Class A ordinary share, one Series A Warrant (exercise price $0.7277), and one Series B Warrant (exercise price $1.1781). Pre-funded warrants are exercisable immediately and expire when fully exercised; Series A and B Warrants are exercisable immediately and expire one year from issuance. The purchase price was $0.693 per unit and $0.693 minus $0.00001 per pre-funded unit. The Ordinary Shares, pre-funded warrants, Series A Warrants, and Series B Warrants are sold together but are immediately separable and issued separately. Gross proceeds were approximately $16 million. Univest Securities, LLC acted as the sole placement agent.
