Edric Yi Guo is the Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Investment Banking Division of Univest Securities. Mr. Guo is one of the most active and diverse investment bankers with an exceptional following in both the Asia Pacific and North America. He brings more than a decade of extensive experience in banking and capital markets and has led over $1 billion worth of transactions including a full suite of private placements, initial public offerings, follow-on public, registered direct offerings, SPACs, and mergers & acquisitions. Since his arrival, Mr. Guo has built the firm into a full-service global banking and distribution platform with investment banking, equity capital markets, debt capital markets and institutional sales, high net worth retail sales and trading, and research departments. Mr. Guo holds double Bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Real Estate from the University of British Columbia and holds FINRA Series: 3, 7, 24, 66, 79 Registrations.

Graduated from the Technical University of Dublin, Ireland, and joined Dean Witter Reynolds in 1987 as Operations Manager for Mortgage Securitization. In 1994, he joined the world's top 500 BNP Paribas as the director of operations for the emerging markets and later served as director of the credit repo, responsible for the Asian and Latin American markets. Graduated from Albany University in New York, Mr. Richmond has extensive experience in investment banking, institutional sales and trading. Prior to joining Univest, Mr. Richmond worked at Westpark Capital as a Managing Director and at Newport Coast Securities as a Managing Director of sales for the agency. Between 2009 and 2011, he also served as the Vice President of Institutional Sales at the then-popular U.S. investment bank Rodman & Renshaw.

Fan obtained her Master’s degree of Integrated Marketing from New York University, and her Bachelor's degree of Finance from Seton Hall University, the Stillman School of Business. She is experienced in client management, private sales tractions, and stock trading. Series: 7, 63 Registrations.

Mr. Ge is a Managing Director of the Investment Banking Department at Univest. Mr. Ge has more than 10 years of experience as a securities, capital markets, and corporate attorney. His practice focused on public offerings, private financing transactions, M&A transactions, securities law compliance, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience with structuring and executing various capital markets transactions including IPOs, uplists, follow-on offerings, registered direct offerings, CMPOs, at-the-market offerings, PIPEs, debt offerings, SPACs (both IPOs and deSPACs), equity line transactions, and cross-border securities offerings. Prior to joining Univest, Mr. Ge was a senior associate at the law firms of Goodwin Procter LLP, Sullivan Worcester LLP, and Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP.

Mr. Madison joined Univest Securities, LLC in 2020. Prior to Univest, Mr. Madison served as Director of Equity Capital Markets at Aegis Capital Corp., where he helped facilitate in excess of one billion in capital markets transactions as Lead Manager, Co-Manager or Syndicate Member. His experience in Capital Markets allows him to deliver high-quality strategic advice and investment solutions to his institutional clients globally. His focus has been primarily on raising capital for small and micro-cap private/public companies, investing in Initial Public Offerings, Follow-on Offerings, and Private Placements. Mr. Madison began his career on Wall Street working on the Interest Rates Sales and Trading desk at Cantor Fitzgerald. Series: 7, 63 Registrations.

Quinn has been with Univest Securities since 2019. As a bilingual investment banking associate, she is in charge of executing and underwriting IPOs, Private Placements, Follow-on Offerings, and Register Directs for both issuers from North America and Asian Pacific. Before she joined Univest, Quinn has worked in Equity Research, Wealth Management, and Risk departments in various firms.

Zhao has abundant experiences and was involved in many aspects of large equity transactions and structured financing, such as IPO, private placement, financial advising, and SPAC, etc. Before Univest, he was an investment analyst at Universal Capital Holdings Group, which is dedicated to cross-border strategic acquisition and investment. Zhao obtained his Master’s degree in Risk Management from Columbia University, and his Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Investment from Gabelli Business School at Fordham University. Mr. Zhang started his career at HSBC and UBS. Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in Wealth Management and Capital Markets operations before co-founding and leading U.S. Micron Capital in 2018. Since joining the investment banking department at Univest, Mr. Zhang has been responsible for the development and penetration of Univest’s Asia-Pacific capital markets platform. Mr. Zhang earned his BA from Syracuse University and his MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Su has been working with Univest Securities since 1999 and has more than 20 years of experience in wealth management and investment. Series: 7, 65 Registrations.

Charles has been with Univest Securities in the Capital Markets division since 2020. He is responsible for the execution and distribution of capital raising activity including IPOs, Follow-on Offerings, CMPOs, PIPEs & Registered Direct offerings. He began his career in 2013 as a retail account executive at Aegis Capital where he built a book of business over seven years, developing relationships and expertise in client service. Charles studied at Holderness School in New Hampshire and Fordham University in New York City. Series: 7, 63 Registrations.

Luo obtained her Master's degree in Business Management from Duke University, the Fuqua School of Business in May 2019. She also holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Communications from Wake Forest University. Before Univest Securities, she worked as a marketing specialist at New Oriental Education & Technology Group during college and had experience working at China Everbright Bank in Beijing. She has abundant experiences in business management, business operations, investor relationship management, public relations, markets, and human resources.
