Charles joined Univest Securities in 2020. As Vice President in the Capital Markets Division, he is responsible for the placement and execution of financings including IPOs, Follow-on Offerings, CMPOs, PIPEs and Registered Direct offerings. He began his career in 2013 as an Account Executive at Aegis Capital where he built a book of business over seven years and developed an expertise in client service.
