Conduct financial analysis, research, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other transactions.
Assist in preparing pitch books and client presentations, support transaction execution, and communicate with clients.
Monitoring market trends, complying with regulations, and collaborating with team members are also key responsibilities.
Participate in professional development activities and handle administrative tasks to contribute to the efficient operation of the investment banking team.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree of Finance major;
6 months of experience in the same or a related position.
